1, three-chamber medicine box Three-chamber medicine box is divided into prefabricated box, curing box and solution box. Both the prefabricated box and the curing box are provided with a liquid mixer. The mixer adopts spiral propulsion structure and the mixing blade and shaft are made of stainless steel, which can evenly mix and stir the liquid medicine. The solution box is equipped with an electrode type liquid level controller, with three sets of liquid level signal output, with high level water intake system shutdown function, low level water intake system open function, ultra-low level (fault) alarm shutdown function, and send shutdown instructions to the belt filter press. A blowdown valve is arranged at the bottom of each box of the three-chamber medicine cabinet, which is discharged through a main blowdown pipe.

5. Dissolving system & storage system

The effective volume of the dissolving barrel is 1000~4000L, the agent is fully mixed with water through the mixing mixer in the dissolving barrel, after stirring for a period of time, the discharge electric valve is opened, and the agent enters the medicine storage barrel. After entering the medicine storage barrel, further stirring is carried out to make the medicine and water fully mixed to prevent the uneven concentration of the medicine due to standing. A uniform concentration solution is prepared for use. There are liquid level sensors in the medicine storage room, one of which controls the system dosing through the way of high start and low stop, and the other is a low level alarm to remind the operator whether the water supply is faulty (insufficient water pressure, the middle pipeline is blocked, the solenoid valve leaks) or the metering pump is not working. Working principle

The agent is first into the quantitative powder dosing machine, the quantitative powder dosing machine sends the agent (dry powder) to the high-efficiency injection system with tangential disperser and nozzle to dissolve the agent in advance, and then into the prefabricated box, then the automatic water distribution system begins to pour water into the prefabricated box in proportion, and the agent and water enter the prefabricated box at the same time according to 1:200~2000(depending on the actual situation). After one stage of stirring in the prefabricated box, it flows to the curing box, and after two stages of stirring in the curing box, it flows to the solution box, when the agent has been fully dissolved in water and can be used. Finally, the prepared liquid medicine is transported to the dosing point through the dosing pump.
