Structural principle
The diaphragm pressure gauge is a closed system consisting of a diaphragm body and a pressure gauge, which is filled with sealing liquid. When the pressure acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms. The sealing fluid transfers the force to the elastic assembly in the pressure meter head, which displays the pressure value. The force transfer of the diaphragm pressure gauge is accomplished by the liquid filled between the diaphragm body and the surface bourdon tube, the elastic element or Bourdon tube, and the diaphragm plate separates the corrosive fluid from the pressure gauge, thus protecting it from corrosion.
