Safety valve

The diaphragm and valve core are pressed against the valve seat by the internal spring. When the pressure in the system pipeline exceeds the pre-set pressure, the diaphragm and valve core will be jacked up and the medium will be discharged to the return pipe and container. The pressure can be set in the range of 0-1.0Mpa by adjusting the screw and using the pressure gauge in the pipeline on site. The relief pressure is generally set higher than the system pressure 0.1-0.2Mpa safety valve pressure regulation is not allowed to exceed the maximum pressure of the pump, the installation is generally as close as possible to the pump outlet, there should not be any valve between the pump and the safety valve, to protect the pump safety and normal operation of the system.

Back pressure valve

Installed on the positive pressure discharge pipe of the metering pump or diaphragm pump, to prevent the occurrence of siphon phenomenon, eliminate the change of the dosing amount caused by the pressure fluctuation of the dosing point, so as to ensure the dosing accuracy of the pump, remove the protective cap on the adjustment screw on the site, rotate the adjustment screw, and adjust the required pressure with the pressure gauge in the pipeline. The back pressure can be set in the range of 0-0.6Mpa by adjusting the screw, and the pulse damper can be used together to reduce the damage of the water hammer to the system, maintain a certain constant pressure from the water outlet of the pump to the back pressure valve, and keep the system flow rate constant.
